1. Event Overview
The Partner agrees to support Your Best Life, a livestream and in-person event series hosted by Junie Moon, designed to inspire and empower midlife women. We ask you FOLLOW us on Instagram and if possible, post a flyer in your window.
2. Partner BenefitsPartner will receive all benefits as outlined in the Partnership Package for the tier and add-ons selected at checkout.
3. Use of Brand AssetsThe Partner grants permission for Junie Moon Media LLC to use their name, logo, and brand materials in all marketing and promotional efforts related to the event.
4. Term & TerminationThis agreement is valid solely for the October 8, 2025, taping of Your Best Life. Once signed and payment is received, the agreement is final. Cancellations are only permitted within 7 days of signing; after that, no refunds or terminations will be accepted.
For Partners who opt into category exclusivity:
By selecting category exclusivity, the Partner is guaranteed to be the only business of its kind featured in the event, program materials, and promotional campaigns.
No other Partner representing the same category will be included in any event-related visibility for the duration of the Partnership term. This exclusivity applies only to the category listed above and is valid upon receipt of the signed agreement and full payment.
Exclusivity Partners require pre-approval.
Both parties agree to promote the partnership in good faith, meet communication deadlines, and collaborate respectfully for maximum visibility and impact.
7. AgreementThis Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties and may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of this agreement unless other arrangements have been discussed.
9. Liability & Indemnification
Each party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their own acts or omissions in connection with this Agreement.
10. Event Changes
Junie Moon Media LLC reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or illness). In such cases, the Partner will receive credit for a future event; no cash refunds will be issued.
11. Use of Brand Assets
The Partner grants Junie Moon Media LLC permission to use their name, logo, and brand materials in all marketing, promotional, and event-related content associated with Your Best Life. This includes, but is not limited to, digital, print, and video content, including recordings of the October 8, 2025 event, which will remain available on YouTube and other platforms indefinitely.
Junie Moon Media LLC may use the Partner’s brand materials solely for purposes connected to the event, both before, during, and after the taping. This permission is irrevocable for any materials already produced or distributed and shall extend for as long as such materials are publicly available.
12. Resolution of Disputes
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Essex County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
